The Book of «NATION’S LEADER WITH YOUTH» published

Next achievement — the Book of «NATION’S LEADER WITH YOUTH» published, which has been developed in two last year (with co-authorship Abdullozoda A. R.) .

This Book is devoted to the «Year of Youth», and observed as a symbol of carefulness, kindness, continually support and fatherly faith of the Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon concerning to youth of Tajikistan.

In the Book are analyzed the county’s achievements of a period of independence in direction of implementation of the state youth policy, which have been attained with the initiative, support and direct guidance admonitions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His excellency Emomali Rahmon. This material is recommended to the enlarged readers, especially youth, sciences, politicians, and other relating groups.

The structural composition of the Book is arranged within the priority areas of the state youth policy and the main indicators of the Youth Development Index (international standard: www.youthpolicy.org).

INTRODUCTION

In the period of 25 years of the state independence in life of youth of Tajikistan have been happened many changes – the ignobility and despair, desolation, burden and many rough roads of life faced them, that periodically, in every step and on decision of every problem the Head of the country, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan His Excellency Emomali Rahmon had been with young people, supported and led them: – in despair supported  youth as father; gave hope to desperate and depressed young people showing them his own life confrontations and decisions; settled their chores as a brother and leader; accompanied and guided the youth in the rough roads of life as a friend and a leader, showed them the road. In conclusion, the Leader of the Nation was and is with the youth.

The first participation of His Excellency Emomali Rahmon in the life of youth is marked in his tendency in the formation of state youth policy with the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On state youth policy», and this event happened in 1992 when he was a deputy of the Supreme Council (Parliament) of the Republic of Tajikistan.

First meeting of Emomali Rahmon as Head of the republic   with representatives of the youth of the country was held on February 2, 1993 while he was the leader of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan after, only 70 days of his heading the country. This event was held in conditions when in the country was going civil war, and the main goal for most part of community was «to stay alive». Thus, regardless of the threats, unrests and various burst, transition and processes of formation of new state relations that were faced the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon 7 times held an official meeting with youth representative in period of country’s independence: February 2, 1993; March 17, 1994; May 23, 1997; On May 16, 1998; May 21, 2005; May 23, 2013, May 23, 2017.

As a result of these negotiations, consistent attention, support and constant paternal and friendly care of the Leader of the Nation to the youth during the 25 years of independence significant achievements were gained in the field of implementation of state youth policy. At the same time, as a sign of confidence, trust, respect and friendship to youth, the Leader of the  Nation, the supreme President of the country His Excellency Emomali Rahmon announced 2017 as a «Year of Youth» and with intention to celebrate it at the high organizational level, as well as increasing rightful culture of youth, increasing their contribution to the socio – economic development of the country and strengthening the position of youth in the community on January 13, 2017, #812 special Decree was signed.

Thus, this material has been dedicated to the «Year of youth», and includes the achievements in the direction of realization of state youth policy during independence period, which were achieved with the initiative, support and direct instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon.

The book is recommended for a wide range of readers, including youth, scientists, politicians and other relating groups. The structural composition of book is arranged on priority areas or sectors of state youth policy and basic indicators of the Youth Development Index (international standard: www.youthpolicy.org) and includes the measures taken in the policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, taking into account the national and international development standards reflected to the young.
